Essential Functions
- Ability to communicate with staff and campers in safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to activitie
- Ability to communicate and work with various campers’ age and skill levels and provide necessary instruction
- Ability to observe camper behavior, assess its appropriateness, enforce safety regulations and emergency procedures, apply behavior management techniques
- Physical ability to respond to situations requiring first aid
- Cognitive and communication ability to plan and conduct the activities to achieve camper development objectives
