Registration Information
How to Register
Camp registration starts on December 1, 2012 and you will be able to register online. Our online process is the easiest and fastest way to get into the session you want because all transactions are done in "real" time. To receive a paper registration form, please visit the forms section or call the camp registrar at 1-800-672-2148.
Camp Scholarships
A partial camp scholarship is available only for current Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont members, who sold either nuts or cookies for the 2012-13 membership year. You must register for your program and pay the $50 deposit before you apply. To download a camp scholarship form, please visit the forms section. All camp scholarship forms must be submitted by March 18, 2013. If you would like to receive a camp scholarship, but you are a member of another council other than Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont, please contact your council to determine if scholarship money is available.
Health Permission Form
Girls will need a Health Permission Form completed every year to attend resident camp. Health forms are not collected early. Please bring the completed health form with you to check-in on the first day of your camp session.
Medical exams performed by a licensed physician must be done within 12 months before the start of your camp session.
At each camp, a physician is on-call during camp sessions and a camp health supervisor is on-site to oversee immediate needs.
Campers are covered by a supplemental insurance for accidents and sickness that may occur while participating in activities; pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Camp Buddies
To request a cabin or tent buddy, please list each other on your registration forms and sign up for the same program and session. We can only guarantee one buddy request per camper; multiple requests cannot be met.
